History section[edit]

It strikes me as odd that the first mention of the Americas references the US, whereas beans have been a staple within the Americans since well before the colonisation. I don’t know nearly enough about American legumes to do this myself, but hopefully someone else is willing to edit the history section to broaden its scope.
